Congratulations! You’ve completed the course, and you are now a certified Smart Transitions Instructor. You’ve earned the certificate, which you will be able to print from the link above when finishing this last module. So now what? 

If you haven’t already been thinking about this, it’s probably a good time to begin thinking about who might most benefit from the training program you’ve learned how to deliver and how you might best reach them. It might be as an aspect of a business or nonprofit of your own, or it might be in your role as an employee of an organization that serves youth. Make a list of either youth that might benefit from the Smart Transitions Life-Work Portfolio Course or the organizations that serve those youth, and make a plan to contact them. 

Remember that the outcomes we’ve experienced in over 15 years of providing this program to thousands of youth are significant and persuasive. Improved rates of high school graduation, the pursuit of post-secondary education or skills training and employment make a real difference in the lives of young people.
