TWC reaches youth who otherwise lack clear guidance and the tools necessary to have a successful transition into adulthood. These are youth who might otherwise flounder, not realizing their unique opportunities for success. TWC’s program reaches these individuals at a time most critical to their future, giving them direction and most importantly, hope. It is a model program that I would like to see grow across the region and the Commonwealth to reach a broader population of youth in their formative years.
